REFUND POLICY

Cancellation
Your order may be cancelled prior to receiving a shipping notification. Once an item has
been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. An exchange or return can be
initiated once the order has been delivered.


Returns/ Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made up to 30 days after delivery of items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be in the original unopened
packaging. Clearence Items and single cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt, email confirmation or other
proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Send us an email
to contact@darkcastlegames.com
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If an item you purchased is missing pieces, you need to contact the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that we
have received the item.
If the returned item meets the requirements explained above, we will begin to process the
refund. The refund will be sent back to the original payment method.
Only regular or sale priced items may be refunded. Sales on all clearance items are final
and not eligible from refunds.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for refunds.
Late or missing refunds
If a refund has not been received within the 7 to 10 business days, please contact your
bank or credit card company.
Once these steps have been taken and the refund still has not been received, please
contact us at contact@darkcastlegames.com

 

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for
the cost of the item when it was originally purchased.
If the item was not purchased as a gift, or the person who originally purchased the item
had the order shipped to themselves to give to you personally, we will send a refund to
the original purchaser and he or she will be notified of the return.

• Name
• Address
• Order number
• Proof of purchase

 

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returned item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
Depending upon where you live, shipping times may vary. Holidays and weekends can
also affect shipping times.
We recommend using tracking on all shipping to he
lp ensure the item's arrival.
